William Robison is your Tennessee Licensed and Certified Professional Inspector.  William brings more than 18 years of professional real estate experience as well as more than a decade of home construction experience.  In the last decade, William oversaw the construction of more than $10M in construction projects.  This paired experience yields the perfect background in both technical construction knowledge and professional real estate transaction knowledge.  During his earlier real estate career, William owned and managed a real estate property management company, conducting regular inspections for acquisition and management.  In just the 7 years of managing the property management company, William inspected over 2,000+ properties for potential pitfalls and acquired the experience to learn what was really important.  Prior to property management, William completed just over 10,000 inspections for mortgage servicers for default real estate.
