Since 1994, Dean Young has been the proprietor and operator of a residential and commercial contracting enterprise. Over the years, he has reviewed numerous reports on due diligence repairs for both buyers and sellers. This phase allows individuals to thoroughly investigate properties, ensuring that the disclosed information is accurate, and to make preparations for closing without any obligation to commit to a purchase. Dean’s extensive experience in this area has provided him with a robust foundation to venture into the home inspection industry.

Dean Young’s journey into the home inspection industry began when a home inspection firm took notice of his exceptional skills and professionalism. They approached him with an offer to join their team as a home inspector. Recognizing that this opportunity aligned with his existing expertise in residential and commercial construction, Dean chose to embark on this new path.

He pursued formal education at The Home Inspection Training Center to further refine his skills. As time went on, Dean came to the conclusion that he could best serve his clients by establishing his own independent home inspection firm, where he could uphold his unique standards of quality and service.
