Tim knew when he first discovered the Emerald Coast as a young Army Officer in 1996 that he had found his home. Tim grew up in Baltimore with a love and appreciation for the magic of vacation time at the beach - the sun, surf, seafood, and good times shared with family and friends.

After graduating from Xavier University and serving his country as a Captain in the U.S. Army Tim returned to the Panhandle of Florida for a successful career in Medical Sales. Between being responsible for $45+ million dollars of equipment and facilities in the Army to managing high value professional relationships in the highly regulated health care industry, Tim built his reputation on attention to detail, delivering results and exceeding expectations consistently.

Tim founded Dailey Inspections after seeing the growing need for quality Home Inspection services in the area.  His experience buying and selling homes and investment properties taught him the value in a quality Home Inspection to protect ones investment. Tim knew that he could provide peace of mind to buyers, sellers and homeowners with the proven professionalism that he’s honed throughout his life and career: honesty, dedication, hard work and accountability. When Tim isn’t working, he can be found enjoying all of the natural beauty our area has to offer from beach to bay and hiking through the many beautiful forests the area has to offer.
