These guys are very professional and do a very thorough job. You get a detailed report the same day. Some items such as a RADON test or WATER POTABILITY TEST may take a couple days longer, but as soon as it’s ready you will get a communication with a link to the updated results. This is the 2nd time I have used Silver Lining Inspections and that alone speaks for itself. It was worth every penny. which basically becomes a check list for the buyer detailing what needs to be repaired along with a severity rating, so you know which issues to address 1st. This investment is money in the bank. It can save you from buying a home with many significant and expensive issues. You’re spending a lot of money when you buy a home. Best to go into this with eyes wide open. From a Seller’s perspective a report like this may make you aware of issues you didn’t know you had so you can resolve them before you put your home on the market.
