A passion for new construction is deeply rooted in Kevin’s background. As the son of a custom home builder, he grew up immersed in the world of construction. This unique perspective grants him an exceptional understanding of new buildings, equipping him to identify potential issues that may elude others. Dependability, honesty, and thoroughness are at the core of Kevin's approach. He believes in fostering a friendly and approachable environment that encourages questions and prioritizes understanding. 

He graduated from Columbus State with a degree in Construction Management and further enhanced his skills at Hondros College for Home Inspection in 2006. Kevin’s mission is straightforward: to offer the best possible service by leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience to empower clients in their real estate decisions, ultimately helping them turn potential purchases into confident investments. 

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time on the water aboard his boat, where he finds relaxation and rejuvenation. This allows him to return to each client and inspection refreshed and ready to give his best. As a dedicated professional in the Central Ohio real estate market, Kevin is committed to guiding clients toward decisions that are right for them and their families.
