Joe Grijalva is the owner/founder of Desert Oasis Property Inspections and has been performing professional home inspections since 2019. He specializes in resale, new build, pre drywall, and 11 month warranty inspections, along with sewer scopes, mold testing, air quality testing, and radon testing. 

Joe is bilingual and known for his thorough inspections, educational client reviews, and patient communication style. Clients appreciate the time he takes to clearly explain findings so they feel confident and informed about their home purchase.

Before becoming a home inspector, Joe worked as a Field Project Manager for QuikTrip where he oversaw contractors and ensured work met high quality standards. His background in construction and technology supports his detailed and above industry standard inspections.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, supporting his kids in sports, bowling, and being active in church.
