Jose is an Arizona Certified Home Inspector with about a year of hands-on inspection experience. He is also an FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot and holds Arizona termite inspection certifications. Jose is committed to continuing education and believes that ongoing training is an important part of becoming a stronger, more knowledgeable inspector.

Before becoming a home inspector, Jose worked in production management, where he developed strong attention to detail, quality control skills, and the ability to identify issues before they become larger problems. These skills translate directly into his inspection work, allowing him to carefully evaluate homes, document findings clearly, and provide valuable information to clients.
