Our standard home inspection is an evaluation of visible and accessible interior and exterior structure, systems, and components. Your report will include our findings of any material defects that are discovered. It will be emailed to you in an "easy-to-read" format with pictures and explanations. We will also provide recommendations for monitoring, repair, or replacement. Our job is not complete until you understand everything in your report.
