Originally from the Detroit area, Dylan's knowledge of homes and construction began as framer, then continued as the company he worked for bought land and developed 40 homes. 

From there he moved to Phoenix in 2000 and found himself taking a break from construction to work in the hospitality industry where he learned the ins and outs of high end customer service.

However, the construction bug bit him again and once he discovered the home inspection industry, there was no turning back. He became certified in 2005, founded Arizona Professional Home Inspection, and since then, has been expanding his knowledge base. 

He became licensed as a Termite Inspector, certified in Commercial Building inspections, studied Building Safety & Technology at Scottsdale Community College, and became certified with the Indoor Air Quality Association. 

In 2010, he met his future wife and got married in 2012. In 2014, with the expected birth of their first child, Dylan obtained his real estate license and worked as a full time agent for about 5 years. 

After experiencing home inspections from the real estate side of things, he found himself back in the inspection industry and is now the owner of ProInspect. 

He is married with 2 beautiful children. In his free time, you can usually find him on a mountain, hiking or trail running. He also enjoys Ice Hockey and drumming.
