Completing many hours of course work, training, reporting, and examination. InterNACHI® is the world’s leading association for home inspectors.

I worked 20 years in the electric utility industry. Over the years, my wife and I have built, bought and sold multiple homes. We have also done some work with home renovations. To fully prepare myself, I completed my home inspection certification through ICA (Inspection Certification Associates), the nation's most trusted home inspection school. After receiving certification from ICA, I went on to receive further education and received my residential and commercial certifications through InterNACHI (the world’s leading association for home inspectors). This association requires its members to perform extensive continuing education courses annually to remain a member. I am also a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), which is the national organization for professionals practicing home inspection.
