Brian Long began his inspection career in 2012 while working for a property developer in Cincinnati. He was responsible for maintaining multi-family buildings, managing apartment rehabs, building vendor relationships, and preparing properties for sale. As he searched for additional training opportunities for his maintenance team, he challenged himself to expand his own skillset. This led him to Hondros College, where he earned his Ohio Home Inspector License.

Brian quickly put his training to use, incorporating thermal imaging and drone technology to help identify issues in the buildings he oversaw. In 2022, he made the difficult decision to leave a team he valued to start Workflow Home Inspections. His systematic approach provides clients with clear, practical information to support their home-buying decisions or to help prioritize repairs in their current home.
