Removing Electrical Panel Covers

Removing electrical panel covers during our inspections allows us to find defects other inspection services miss such as “double-tapped” breakers (if breaker isn’t rated for it), signs of burn-marks and incorrect wiring sizes.

Drone Imaging of Roof Covering

In wet conditions or with two or three story homes, other inspection services may not inspect a roof surface at all. Using a drone allows us to have images (in 4K) to inspect the condition of the roofing material and flashing to see signs of roof leaks. If the weather conditions prevent the drone from flying we’ll schedule a day to complete this part of the inspection at no extra charge! (We’ll complete the rest of the inspection and update the online report and downloadable PDF once we have the roof inspection completed.)

Infrared Thermal Imaging

 Including Infrared Thermal Imaging in every inspection can allow us to spot water leaks, see electrical outlets running hot, see insulation lacking in walls, and more.

• $29 for Storage and Other Non-Residential Out Buildings over 100 sq ft with no electrical/plumbing
