In addition to providing top-notch inspection services to his clients, NPI Manatee County Owner Greg Suhre volunteers for the Bay Area Greyhound Association (BAGA) and Gold Coast Greyhound Adoptions Gulf Coast Chapter and has used his spare time to adopt retired racers and help these wonderful animals find forever homes after their racing careers. He also has a Master’s Degree from Villanova University and spent a year teaching overseas at a public school in Shenzhen, China. His insurance industry background allows him to craft inspection reports that help his clients avoid or limit losses and provide technical advice and education on important home issues like risk exposures, maintenance and potential hazards. Greg is a certified member of both the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the Certified Commercial Property Inspector Association (CCPIA).
Our office is a locally owned franchise, part of the NPI organization of nearly 300 inspectors. Every inspection is different. All NPI inspectors have access to technical support seven days a week.
