Rafael “Ralph” Tur brings steady focus, discipline, and a people-first mindset to the home inspection space. Born and raised in Miami, FL, Ralph spent several years working in the service, shipping, and tourism industries before enlisting in the Army in 2017 — a move that reflects his commitment to hard work and serving others.

Now in the final phase of his military career, Ralph is participating in the Army’s CSP/SkillBridge program as a home inspection intern with OpenWindow Home Inspections. As he prepares to transition to civilian life later this year, he’s building real-world experience and making a strong impression with his attention to detail and calm, capable presence.

Outside of inspections, Ralph enjoys life with his wife Mackanzie and their two dogs, Poncho and Peanut. He’s passionate about learning the craft and bringing real value to homeowners — exactly the kind of teammate who aligns with OpenWindow’s mission.
