In 2007, Andrew relocated to San Diego to begin his service to the nation. Stationed at MCAS Miramar, he served as a CH-53E Helicopter mechanic and QA representative. Through his military experience, he learned the vital importance of meticulous attention to detail, a skill that would later define his career as a home inspector.
After completing three tours in the Middle East, Andrew's time in the service came to a close in 2011. He and his wife, Alyssa, embarked on the search for their first home. Witnessing firsthand how much the real estate market had evolved during his service, they decided it was time to purchase their first home. It was during this experience that Andrew attended his first home inspection, and a light clicked – he recognized an opportunity to leverage his unique skill set to assist individuals in the real estate industry.
Fortunate to have learned from and worked alongside some of the most well-known and respected home inspectors in the county, Andrew embarked on his career in home inspections. Over fourteen years, he honed his craft, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience.
In 2019, Andrew took the bold step to become a business owner, founding Pacific Crest Home Inspections. Since its inception, Andrew has solidified his reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and dependable inspectors in the state.
