Grant Waller is the owner and founder of PacWest Home Inspections. He is native to Oregon and lives on the west side of Portland. Grant is an adrenaline enthusiast, loving anything outdoors including snowboarding, kite-boarding and backpacking. He earned a degree in Business and a second in Marketing but working with his hands has always been his passion. 

Growing up he spent much of his time either woodworking or in a home remodel. For nearly a decade Grant worked on house flips, new construction, and historic remodels. After which he moved into civil construction building and paving highways throughout the NorthWest.

With encouragement from friends and family Grant started PacWest Home Inspections to be closer to home and his wife and two boys. Grant's goals are to bring the tradition of honest, loyal, and respectful workmanship together with the latest technology to produce a service and experience that people desire.
