T.R. was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. After graduating from Oregon State University, he spent 20 years in the paper business representing paper mills across the USA to customers in Asia. This, along with owning and operating a large childcare center for a number of years with his wife, has given him a lot of insight into what it takes to be successful in business.

TR has carried these notions of Responsibility and Reliability with him into his work at PacWest and believes that customer service is king, which align greatly with the PacWest values. When he is not running the teams Radon units, there is a very good chance you will find him at the golf course with his two sons.
