We also offer Radon testing for an additional fee. Radon is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer. We recommend every home be tested so you can take the proper steps to keep your family safe by reducing high levels of radon in the home through radon mitigation. Plus these radon test results will also provide you the ability to negotiate radon mitigation costs during the home purchasing process.
