I am excited to work with Pro-Tech Inspections and I perform all sewer scope services for residential properties. My full-time job is with Taylors Fire and Sewer District where my job is Sewer TV Operator. In this role, I spend my days doing video inspections of large municipal sewer systems, as well as, supporting our customers with their connections to our system as needed. At both Taylors Fire and Sewer District my primary concern is that of a satisfied customer or client.

I am certified through NASSCO, which is the National Association of Sewer Service Companies. Since most people outside of the sewer industry are unfamiliar with NASSCO and how local sewer professionals are trained, I have provided you information on my training and what it means to you. My certifications include:

Pipeline Assessment (PACP) – PACP (Pipeline Assessment Certification Program) is the North American Standard for pipeline defect identification and assessment, providing standardization and consistency to the methods in which pipeline conditions are identified, evaluated and managed. The goal of PACP is to have pipeline system owners create a comprehensive database to properly identify, plan, prioritize, manage and renovate their pipelines based on condition evaluation.

Manhole Assessment (NACP) – In response to industry demand NASSCO has developed a program for the coding of defects within manholes. Recognizing that manholes are much more complex structures than pipe has made the task somewhat more challenging.

Lateral Assessment (PACP) – The evolution of the Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP) has led NASSCO into a program for defect coding in Laterals. This program is the Lateral Assessment and Certification Program (LACP). While the training addresses many fittings and access points that are unique to laterals, the defect coding in LACP is very similar.

This training program provides you with unparalleled access to my experience with inspecting large- and small-scale sewer systems and using/driving robots and cameras worth over a million dollars.

I attend Springwell Church where I volunteer. I am also an active volunteer with the Fellow Countryman’s Shelter program. I enjoy working out and staying fit in my spare time. I’m available most evenings during the weekend and on Saturday. We are the only home inspection firm with this level of knowledge and experience and the only firm to offer these services in-house. Recently, we purchased a top of the line professional sewer camera system to offer an improved level of service to our clients.

I look forward to meeting you and working with you soon!

Ray
