Formerly a housing inspector for the U.S. Department of Defense, he conducted inspections on military housing nationwide. His high standards now define Red Shield’s mission: combining deep construction knowledge with modern tech for thorough, honest assessments. 

James holds elite credentials, including Board-Certified Master Inspector (CMI), InterNACHI®-Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), Certified Residential Thermographer (CRT), and Certified Indoor Air Consultant (IAC2).
