Inspector Ian Coley brings extensive hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, and home improvement to the Redbud team. Before becoming a licensed Oklahoma home inspector, Ian spent many years working in the construction and remodeling industry, including experience as a general contractor, plumbing contractor, project manager, remodel technician, and owner/operator of his own construction business. His background includes kitchen and bath remodels, cabinetry, finish trim, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, carpentry, doors, windows, and other residential repair and improvement work. That broad construction experience gives Ian a practical understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and repaired, along with an eye for workmanship and detail. Ian lives in Jones with his wife and enjoys camping and just about anything outdoors.
