Co-owners William Buboltz and Cory Wirthmann being NYS certified Code Enforcement Officials and NYS certified Home Inspectors will provide home consultation services as requested.  The services include: home inspections consistent with NYS standard operating procedures and NYS real estate laws, Municipal Permit expediting inclusive of filing application paperwork and working with the local municipality to ensure a smooth and efficient process to permit issuance.
