Always Professional, Very Detailed Report that is Easy to read and Understand. I love that it has an easy way to select the items listed in the report and send just those items to the Seller's Agent for a repair request or list an amount for the item to be replaced. Very user friendly! Additionally, requesting an inspection is a very simple process.
