Mike Colombo is the owner and principal inspector of Shasta Premier Inspection Services Group. Mike’s experience and education is wide and exceptional, and he is here to share it with you. For over 20 years, Mike has worked in the inspection field, evaluating everything from underground construction, government properties, residential, multi-unit, and commercial properties. Mike offers many complementary services to his residential and commercial inspections.

Mike's experience and education is wide and exceptional, and he is here to share it with you. 

Mike is a UNLV graduate, holds the Certified Master Inspector and Certified Professional Inspector designations, and is credentialed through the Master Inspector Certification Board and InterNACHI. Mike has earned over 15 certifications in the home and commercial inspection field. Over the course of his long and successful career Mike has been an inspector and maintenance supervisor for local government; held the management position as head of a large homeowners associations maintenance department, as well as the General Manager of a smaller homeowners association. Mike completed residential inspections for homeowners associations for over 14 years. As Principal Inspector of his own successful company for over half a decade, Mike has completed both residential and commercial inspections. During his time working with government agencies and homeowners associations Mike has acquired substantial knowledge and experience of building systems and components. Mike has also earned California state certifications in wastewater collection and treatment systems, and water distribution systems. Mike is also a hazardous waste first responder and is California state certified in emergency/incident management.
