I am a Durham area resident and home inspector providing unbiased, accurate and thorough home inspections in the greater Research Triangle area. My team and I are licensed and certified to provide inspection services in North Carolina.

Beginning with my time in the US Navy and Naval Reserves, followed by a career in public education, I have always been committed to serving those around me. During those periods, I renovated two turn-of-the-century houses in Virginia from the ground up, worked to improve three other personal homes and participated in the construction of our current home in Durham, NC. As a result of these experiences, I have acquired many skills that directly translate to one's expectations for a great home inspector. 

In 2018, I decided to put my service skills and construction knowledge to work for others in the community by securing a license to inspect and advise them about the quality and concerns they will experience in their most valued investment: their home. Now, I hope to serve YOU!

2022 has begun with myself, Levi and Ben as the inspectors who will be serving you.  In reality, I am aging out a bit so Levi and Ben are carrying the load with respect to the actual inspections.  We also have added my daughter-in-law, Casey, as our administrative/scheduler.  The goal is to provide you with outstanding support!
