A little bit about us!

Nathan and Janelle have owned and operated Sound Mind Home Inspections since December, 2017 - They reside in Cle Elum, WA. with their 12 and 4 year old and enjoy the farm life and spending time with extended family.

Before becoming a Home Inspector, Nathan spent 15+ years in residential remodeling for a builder out of Kirkland, WA. Hands on experience in the real estate industry made for a smooth transition to becoming a licensed home inspector in WA State. In Nathan's spare time, he enjoys Hunting, Fishing and hanging out with his kids and wife. 

Before having children, Janelle worked 13+ years in customer service. She enjoys working from home, chatting with clients, but most importantly getting clients scheduled quickly to keep the home buying/selling process moving. In her spare time, Janelle enjoys photography and serving the community at her local food bank. 

We strive to provide our clients with the most thorough inspection reports to aide in the home buying and selling process. In addition, we enjoy telling you about your new home, things to maintain, and what you can expect to repair or replace in the future. We will give you a Sound Mind when it comes to the biggest investment you will ever make!
