State Home Inspection License HI10545, InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector

My interest in the home industry began young as my father was a premier custom home builder when I was growing up. I was fortunate enough to be able to gain experience on the job site not only in the public sector of the industry but also the insides of the process when building our own personal homes. Learning every aspect I could from foundation work to roof systems became something of an experience and it just took for me. I started in the construction industry in early 2000 building 5,000 sq. ft. custom homes with my father. In 2017, I officially joined the Home inspection side of the industry as an InterNACHI Member. Over the many years in construction and the more recent years as an inspector, I have seen more than my fare share of defects and problems. With my inspection report you will have the tools you need to make an educated decision when it comes to buying a home.

Having a strong drive and dedication allows me to inspect your home unlike anyone else. I’m always punctual and most times show up early to begin the exterior this way when you arrive I already have information for you to digest. My inspections and reports are well detailed and organized for your ease. I include clients throughout the inspection process answering any questions you may have. Upon completion of my inspection I will walk the property with you and point out any defects found during the inspection. I am hired by you and I am here to make sure your investment doesn't have any hidden secrets. I am as honest as they come and if you have a question that I can't answer, I promise you I won't give up looking until I find it for you. I will never sugarcoat a home inspection report, but I will explain any defects I have found with the tact and diplomacy you’d expect from a true professional.
