InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector

After visiting the family cattle ranch in Colorado for many summers, Andy permanently moved to Colorado in 1995. He brings well over a decade of experience in the inspection, construction safety/loss-control and property management fields. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin—Whitewater with a degree in Occupational Safety, and served as safety manager for a large roofing company, visiting jobs throughout Central Colorado. He was also a property manager for a large Vail Valley firm for several years.

Andy is a graduate of the prestigious Inspection Training Associates (ITA) Home Inspector Course, and started a home inspection business in 2004 on the side. He is a certified member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI#13050205) on Home Inspection Skills, Standards of Practice, and Code of Ethics, and has completed the National Home Inspector Examination. He also performs insurance appraisals on residential structures and commercial loss-control services for insurance companies. Andy lives in the high-country and enjoys frequenting the backcountry year-round; skiing, backpacking and kayaking, and enjoys volunteering with several nonprofit organizations.
