Fred brings over a decade of technical expertise to every property he evaluates. Certified as a home inspector since 2015, he holds advanced certifications in both residential and commercial property inspections. With a deep background in mechanical systems, Fred has earned his reputation as our lead inspector and one of the most trusted, knowledgeable experts on our team.

Originally from the Pittsburgh area, Fred relocated to Colorado in 2000. While snowboarding initially brought him west, he quickly fell in love with the region's world-class fly fishing. Today, Fred and his family fully embrace the Colorado lifestyle. When he isn't inspecting homes, you can find him rafting, dirt biking, or pursuing his latest passion, snowmobiling. Fred also loves giving back to the community and volunteers his time coaching the local high school soccer team.
