James began his home inspection career with Tiger Home Inspections in 2021. His inspection approach is focused on being thorough, methodical, and practical, with close attention paid to the major systems of the home as well as the smaller details that can easily be overlooked. He works to identify not only defects, but also maintenance concerns, safety issues, and items that may become important for a homeowner over time. James also makes a point of explaining his findings clearly so clients understand what matters, what may need attention, and what is simply part of normal homeownership.

Outside of work, fly fishing is one of James’s biggest passions. He also enjoys rafting, traveling, and spending time outdoors whenever he gets the chance. Whether he’s exploring somewhere new or spending a day on the river, he enjoys making the most of his time away from work.
