About Owner and NJ Licensed inspector Michael Timpani
Jersey shore born, Monmouth county raised, this third-generation mason turned general contractor looked to a career in real estate home inspections to help people he knew with the biggest transaction of their lives.
Michael “Mikey T” Timpani brings over 20 years of home building experience to every home inspection. He has also held a NJ Real Estate Salesperson License since 2015. Using his expertise stemming from his home building career and real estate knowledge, Mike knows the complexity of real estate transactions and how important it is to know what you are buying, selling or investing in.
Starting his career in real estate because he saw a lack in home building experience in his search for a real estate agent while searching for a home for his family, Mike knew he had a lot to offer first time home buyers, investors and home sellers. Along his journey as a real estate agent, Mike saw that he could help even more people by doing what he loved doing the most, giving knowledge about the homes people were buying or selling, and in 2018 Mike started a new company, Timpani Home Solutions.
This new business was founded on the principals of explaining to clients exactly what their home inspection report meant and what the costs associated with them were. But one of the biggest hurdles Mike met along the way were agents requesting him to perform the actual home inspection. Listening to the demand of his peers, Mike pursued his NJ Home Inspectors License and a sub division of Timpani Home Solutions LLC was formed, Timpani Home Inspection Group.
Being an investor himself, Mike understands the needs and worries of today’s investor. Investors need a trusted partner in the field with real building knowledge before investing, and that is the exact partner Mike is.
In addition to being the owner of Timpani Home Inspection Group, Mike is also a Team Trainer at Preferred Properties Real Estate in Allenhurst NJ, sharing his expertise in the home related field as well as his knowledge of social media and marketing. Mike can also be found as a host of two podcasts, First Timers Podcast Show, a real estate related podcast as well as Boardwalk Talk NJ, A podcast showcasing local businesses, organizations, and artists, and most likely more to come.
Mike’s commitment to his family, wife Laura and his two boys Angelo and Luciano, only comes second to God. You will most likely find them camping summer nights away and having some type of adventure with any free time he has available.
