At Trident Inspection Group, we’re proud to be led by Sean Culpepper, a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) and licensed Branch 3 Field Representative (FR68536) with over five years of dedicated service to our company. Sean has been instrumental in shaping Trident’s reputation for precision, professionalism, and client-centered excellence.
With a career rooted in both structural pest control and building science, Sean brings a depth of expertise that few in the industry can match. He is licensed by the California Structural Pest Control Board as a Branch 3 Field Representative, specializing in the inspection and treatment of termites and other wood-destroying organisms. In addition, Sean is an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector (NACHI20030336)—the highest designation in the home inspection profession—and a Certified Indoor Air Consultant (IAC2-23742), providing advanced insight into environmental and air quality concerns that impact building health.
During his tenure at Trident, Sean has performed and overseen more than 2,000 residential and commercial property inspections, including complex evaluations for real estate transactions, multi-unit dwellings, and specialty inspections involving moisture intrusion, mold, and structural integrity. His technical precision, combined with his calm, solutions-oriented communication style, makes him a trusted resource for homeowners, agents, and industry professionals alike.
