We fully understand that purchasing a property can be one of the most important investments you will ever make, both financially and emotionally. And it does not matter if it is your first home or your tenth. As with any major investment a good deal of research and understanding is needed to assure the best possible value. Even when a house appears and feels “Just Right”, there may be the possibility that some type of repair is needed. A new homeowner does not want to be burdened with unexpected repairs upon taking ownership. You, the buyer, should therefore take nothing for granted when you have decided to purchase your property. Additionally, we strongly recommend that you, the buyer, attend the physical inspection.

A thorough, comprehensive, visual survey of the property will last about 2-5 hours depending on the size of the home. The inspection is never complete until all your questions have been answered. The client is always encouraged to join the inspector on the survey of their potential home.

Please remember we do practice all Covid-19 protocols, so please mask up; we will be social distancing. And please ask questions.
