Shea and all the members of Two Moose Home Inspections are Certified Home Inspectors with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and Licensed Radon Measurement Professional with the state of Colorado.

In addition to our annual continuing education requirements, each inspector contributes to our monthly in-service training. All our inspectors also have an extensive list of additional certifications and real-world experiences pertaining to home inspections.

Shea has been around the trades all his life and has done almost every type of renovation possible in his own house. Shea has apprenticed under a master plumber, worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Lowe’s, and does woodworking as a hobby. As Shea’s interest in building science grew, he found his passion for home inspecting.

Two Moose Home Inspections was founded in 2018 and Two Moose Home Inspections expanded to become a Multi-Inspector Firm in early 2020 during the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic when they hired Shea.

As an employee of the company and not a subcontractor, each home inspector is held to the highest standards and is supported with technology and equipment provided by Two Moose Home Inspections.
