     With 27 years of being extremely detail oriented and capturing pristine sound for the many Networks and Producers in the TV/Film industry - in order to keep me closer to family - a perfect transfer took place as I became a Certified Professional Home Inspector.  All of that attention to detail, that was utilized in the TV industry, is now keenly focused on all of the areas involved in performing a home inspection.  

     The definition of 'Vigilant' is: "Keeping a careful watch for possible danger or difficulties." I chose the name 'Vigilant' because that's what I bring to each and every inspection!  Buying a home is an important investment.  It my pleasure to offer a faithful service for you as you move forward in the process.
