Hi, I'm David Humphrey, owner and MCI Board Certified Master Inspector for Santa Barbara Home Inspector; established in 2002.

I am a Southern California native and I reside in Santa Barbara with my wife, two children and two spoiled Peruvian Paso horses. Utilizing a wealth of industry experience along with my investigative nature, I have developed a local reputation for providing an extremely thorough and informative home inspection.   

The quality of my home inspections is of paramount importance to me as is my ability to offer a high level of service. Additionally, I am a CA State Licensed General Building Contractor (B-HIC #816063) with over 30 years of hands-on residential construction and improvement experience.
