Note: The day and time you select may not be available, it is only get an understanding of your general availability. Preferred start time is 8:00AM, for a morning time slot and 12:30PM or 1:00PM, for an afternoon time slot. Most inspections take an average of 3 to 3.5 hours (home size dependent) to complete. If you're able, you should plan on arriving at the home to discuss the contents of the report at the end of the inspection. The inspection fee is dependent on but not limited to: size and age of home, number of HVAC systems, and location (town or city).
