I am a Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector and Licensed Commercial Certified Applicator, providing professional home and commercial property inspection services.

With 15 years of construction experience in foundations, framing, and roofing, I bring hands-on knowledge of how building components are constructed and how they should perform. I am also a Firefighter and have served a combined 22 years in the United States Army and National Guard. These experiences have instilled in me discipline, attention to detail, preparation, persistence, and the ability to adapt when faced with unexpected challenges.

I focus on identifying observable deficiencies, safety concerns, conditions that may warrant further evaluation, and areas where maintenance, repair, or replacement may be needed.

I continually expand my knowledge through professional education and keep my inspection equipment and technology up to date. I also use thermal imaging when appropriate to help identify temperature anomalies that may warrant further investigation and to provide additional information beyond what can be observed with the naked eye.
