BJ is trained on the most current technology in the home inspection industry and continuously takes classes on emerging issues and relevant topics to stay ahead of changing technology and industry trends.

BJ has extensive experience in the housing market, with over 20 years as a custom home builder. He has built numerous single family custom homes with meticulous attention to detail and constant inspection of the work. He truly understands what it takes to build and maintain a safe home. In the years since retiring from custom home building, he relocated to Florida from North Carolina in 2005 and launched a home repair company focusing on partial remodels, full renovations and insurance rebuilds.
