Hello! My name is Nathan Houlihan, and Fort Walton Beach has been my home since 2015, when I was stationed at Hurlburt Field Special Operations Base as a Communications Non-Commissioned Officer. After serving 6 years and 5 months on Active Duty, I fell in love with the area and planted my roots here with my wife, Shelby. We’ve since welcomed two wonderful sons into our family—Owen (born 2021) and Sullivan (born 2022). We are also proud dog lovers, sharing our home with Dexter, a Pitbull/Boxer mix, and Walter, a Great Dane.

Before my military career, I worked in construction, which has been my passion since 2011. This background has given me a unique perspective on homes, from building and remodeling to having my real estate agent License. It’s this hands-on experience that gives me an edge as a home inspector. Whether you're buying or selling, I am dedicated to ensuring that your home is safe, structurally sound, and ready to move in.
