I'm a Certified Professional Inspector and have been licensed in Illinois since 2005. What sets me apart from other inspectors is my experience and education. I have a Bachelor's Degree from SIUC in Engineering, and I also graduated from AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training) Institute in New Berlin, WI. I have years of hands-on remodeling experience, real estate investment, as well as previous employment as a Code Inspector with the City of Carbondale. My well rounded background really helps me look out for my client's interests.

All of my inspections involve a visual examination of the structure, roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems. A complete digital report is delivered to my clients immediately after completing the inspection, which includes photos of material defects and deficiencies that were identified during the inspection.
