After growing up in the construction trade and being hands-on with a home's development from concept to completion, I made a seamless transition into the property inspection industry in 2009. I soon realized that there was a need not only for experienced and professional inspectors, but also a personal and engaging experience for the homebuyer.  Since 2009 I have performed many thousands of property inspections on every type of property imaginable.  I founded Fort South in 2017 to provide an exceptional learning opportunity for my clients and to equip them with the knowledge and information necessary to step confidently into their future of homeownership. It's my absolute pleasure to help guide my clients through one of the most stressful times during the home buying journey and help them to truly understand their new home.
