Chair – Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors

Joshua Crepps is a Certified Master Inspector licensed in Kentucky and Indiana, with more than 20 years of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Since establishing his inspection practice in 2009, he has performed over 7,300 home inspections, delivering detailed, objective evaluations grounded in construction science and field-tested expertise.

He currently serves as Chair of the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors, contributing to regulatory oversight, enforcement, and the advancement of professional standards throughout the Commonwealth.

All inspections are conducted in accordance with the Standards of Practice established by InterNACHI and the regulations of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. His approach emphasizes systems thinking, risk assessment, structural integrity, and clear, actionable client communication.
