I attained my inspection license from the State of Nevada’s Department of Business and Industry Real Estate Division. After that, I continued my education with InterNACHI and became a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)® through them. I kept studying and completed courses in Commercial Property Inspection and infrared Certified Thermography inspection.
I wanted to learn more about Commercial Inspections, so I joined the CCPIA and studied hard to become certified in Commercial Property Inspections. I am continually learning to stay up-to-date and informed in the industry.
At Precedence One Home & Commercial Inspections, we check everything in your property from top to bottom. We use what we call the 7 pillars to inspect both Commercial and Residential Real Estate Properties. This includes looking at the structure, roof, plumbing, electrical, inside and outside of the building, and the HVAC system.
We make sure everything is inspected and in good shape, so you can move in comfortably. Our inspection includes identifying both Minor and Major defects. Minor defects might be cosmetic issues, while Major defects could be hazardous or safety problems that need immediate attention.
You’ll receive a full report, usually on the same day as the inspection, with pictures, videos, and notes on these defects. Our licensed and trained inspector will give you an unbiased assessment to make the process as easy as possible for you.
