Ben is a licensed home inspector, who has worked in construction for over 20 years and as an electrician for over 15 years. Having an electrical background is important for your home inspection, as a great deal of homes have electrical safety hazards.

Ben is licensed under Consumer Protection BC and a proud member of HIABC (Home Inspectors Association BC) where he received his field training. Ben received his education through WPII (Western Pacific Property Inspection Institute) and has renovated, bought, and sold his own properties and knows first-hand how important it is to make a well-informed decision about the major investment that is purchasing a home.

Ben is also a certified C-NRPP (Canadian National Radon Proficiency Program) radon measurement professional and a certified WETT (Wood Energy Technology Transfer) inspector, as well as certified by the National Collaborating Centre for Environmental Health and the BC CDC for Mould Investigation.
